Systems Engineer Position
We are currently accepting applications for a Systems Engineering position. This position is a full time position and requires travel to customer job sites. Duties and responsibilities vary and are not limited to:
- Installation of Unity Surveillance and Access Control Systems
- Install Unity Devices such as Cameras / Access Control / Storage / Workstations / Network
- Cabling (CAT 6/ Fiber / Low Voltage) as required to install systems
- Installing and Maintaining Unity Servers, Storage, Network and Workstations
- Configuring Software Systems and Training End Users
- Supporting customers by phone, email, remote, or onsite as required
- Preparing system as built documentation
- Communicating with customers directly through and with management team members
This job may require:
- Frequent Travel (1-4 weeks at a time)
- Relocation to Head Quarter Office Location
- Hours of work may vary
- Learning new skill sets as required for installation or support services
- Lots of coffee
You are required to:
- Be organized and neat
- Well dressed and professional
- Able to work on any given task and see through its completion
- Communicate well with customers and other team members
- Be a team player and respond well to authority
- Willing to learn something new every single day
- Pass a full Background Check
- Pass a Drug Test
- Have a valid Drivers License and Insurance
- Able and willing to travel as needed sometimes with short notice
- Possess the skills to perform this job as described
