Review and export activity reports for specific subjects; establish clear "connections" between one or more players and vehicles; and create direct links to relevant Incident Reports and video evidence — all from one centralized database or “Roster.”

Enhance Collaboration with Persons of Interest Tracking

Enhance cross-departmental collaboration by creating temporary profiles for “unknown” subjects of interest. Separate from the CORE Roster, the Persons of Interest (POI) module offers a convenient way to keep track of guests (or vehicles) who have exhibited suspicious behavior within your hotel, casino or other property locations. Securely store and update POI data to include physical descriptions, personally identifiable information (PII) and other key information, such as “last seen” video footage.

When the investigation is complete, simply click the "Copy to Roster" button to transfer all data into a permanent CORE Roster Profile. Similar Database Import Tools can be used to aggregate data from Statewide Exclusion Lists, Self-Exclusion Lists and other external sources.1

Introduced in 2023, the CORE Visitor Management module provides centralized management for all of your casino’s vendors, contractors and business contacts. Whether it’s for one-time meetings, regular deliveries or periodic maintenance services, this module offers all of the advanced Access Control, Activity Report and Ai Search functionalities provided by the CORE Roster. Plus, it offers many specialized features to easily check in and check out visitors, print temporary ID badges and build upon approved vendor employee lists over time.

Unlike the CORE Roster and CORE Person of Interest modules, the Visitor Management module keeps track of each subject’s time spent on site, which can be rapidly exported in the event that anomalous behavior is detected.

The “Email” module supports direct user-to-user communications between workstations, while the “Bulletin” module offers a quick way to share department-wide announcements and/or notices, no matter how distributed your operations may be. By operating within a closed synchronous network, all internal messages can be accessed and distributed with ease, without ever leaving the system.

Unlike standard email systems which can accumulate vast amounts of data and compromise network performance, the CORE Email module integrates natively with all Incident Reports and Daily Logs located across the platform. This means less time and resources spent on downloading and uploading reference documents — and more time spent on what matters.

Effective, Silent, Communication...Fast.

Instant messaging has become ever so popular amongst everyone who has a smart phone. The CORE Bulletins module is a fast, silent, and very effective way to communicate with other Surveillance or Security staff members. This "push" style messaging platform is not only secure but allows operators (if configured) to send instant video evidence or photos in a secure form that can only be viewed (not downloaded) by other departments to confirm or warn of bad actors or incident type situational awareness. Messages can be set to expire after being viewed or within a specific time frame.

All communication can be stored and searched for an indefinite period of time if configured and allows Administrators to export the bulletin conversations if required. There is so much more to CORE, and it all starts with effective communication across the CORE & StreamView Software Suite.

Trends may be viewed and exported in a variety of formats, depending on the user’s requirements.

As the central repository for all photo and video evidence stored across the platform, the CORE Media Tank provides advanced capabilities that go beyond secure evidence storage alone. When appropriate, the Media Tank can be used to attach any number of video snapshots or recordings directly to associated CORE Incident Reports or CORE Roster Profiles for future reference.
