How to Obtain an Return Authorization?

We are very sorry that you have experienced an issue or defective part in your product.  It is our number one priority to offer the best possible customer service and support within our industry.   Before you get started on the form below, please make sure to have the Part or Model Number and Serial Number ready to submit with the RMA form.  Please help us by giving us as much detail about the issue that you can think of.  Once you have submitted the form, a Unity Engineer will reach out to you with any further troubleshooting steps and/or instructions on replacement. 

Depending on your products warranty status, you are eligible for the following return types.  Please make sure to select the type of return you are requesting.   

Product Repairs - You send us the product for repair.  Unity Engineers will attempt to repair or replace any damaged or non-functional parts.  If the product is not repairable, Unity will replace the product with a working product of similar model and type.  Use this option when replacement is non-urgent.  This option can also be used for non-warrantied products.  Additional charges may apply.

Standard Replacement - You send us the product for replacement.  Unity will replace the product with a working product of similar model and type.  Use this option when replacement is non-urgent.

Advanced Replacement - Unity replaces the defective product or part with overnight delivery.  Once received, you replace the product and return the defective product to Unity within 14 business days.
