How to Obtain an Return Authorization?

We are very sorry that you have experienced an issue or defective part in your product.  It is our number one priority to offer the best possible customer service and support within our industry.   Before you get started on the form below, please make sure to have the Part or Model Number and Serial Number ready to submit with the RMA form.  Please help us by giving us as much detail about the issue that you can think of.  Once you have submitted the form, a Unity Engineer will reach out to you with any further troubleshooting steps and/or instructions on replacement.

You ship us the defective unit(s); when received we repair or replace the unit(s) and ship back to you. *applies if standard warranty is active
We ship you the replacement right away; you ship the defective unit(s) to us within 14 business days . *must have a valid Advanced Replacement warranty agreement activated
Return the product for credit; Only for unit(s) purchased directly from Unity within 90 days of purchase. Unit(s) must not be damaged or previously installed.
